A Level Physical Education is ideal for students who
are passionate about sport, fitness, and human performance. This course combines
theoretical knowledge with practical application, helping you understand the
science behind physical activity and sport.
You’ll explore topics such as anatomy and physiology,
biomechanics, psychology of sport, and the role of sport in society. The course
also includes practical performance and analysis.
* Courses are free for 16-18s. Students aged 19 or over could be charged fees and is subject to a fee assessment. Learners on benefits in the majority of cases courses are also free. Fee assessments are completed at enrolment.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including GCSE Maths at grade 4,
GCSE English Language at grade 5, and grade 44 in either GCSE Dual Award Science
or two separate Science subjects.
