Accounts / Finance Assistant Apprenticeship
Apprentices will gain a solid foundation in finance administration, including
double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing, and accounting software. The programme
leads to the AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting, a qualification
recognised by employers across the UK.

Course Length: 0 Weeks
No formal qualifications required. Previous experience or a Level 1 Bookkeeping qualification is helpful but not essential. Apprentices must be employed in a relevant finance role.
Assessment includes a synoptic end-test and a portfolio with reflective discussion. Online lessons are flexible and supported by regular campus or virtual sessions with tutors.
Progress to AAT Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications via further apprenticeship training or part-time study. Career paths include Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Credit Control Assistant, and Purchase Ledger Clerk.
