At BMet, we’re committed to transparency, accountability and strong governance. This section provides access to key governance documents that outline how the College is managed and regulated. Here you’ll find our annual reports and accounts, accountability statements, committee terms of reference and core governance frameworks — including our Instrument and Articles of Government, Standing Orders, and corporate responsibility policies.
These documents reflect our commitment to effective leadership, ethical practice and continual improvement in all that we do.
The Corporation’s committees each have separate terms of reference relating to their remit and are reviewed regularly to ensure that they reflect current requirements and good practice. To view the terms of reference, please click below.

The Instrument & Articles of Government set out the regulatory framework within which the corporation and the College operates.
The Standing Orders set out the Corporation’s policy and practice on those issues which it has power to determine. Should there be any doubt in interpretation of the Standing Orders, the Instruments and Articles of Government will take precedence as the legal document.
