We take a whole-student approach, supporting your personal and moral development
Early intervention is key – we work closely with parents/carers for students under 18
Attendance is monitored and supported by tutors and Attendance Intervention Officers
We provide peer-to-peer student networks, promoting wellbeing through student voice, surveys, councils, and activities
All staff are trained in safeguarding and adhere to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
We apply a support-based behavioural approach, encouraging positive behaviour and understanding consequences.
Policies are adapted to meet individual student needs, including SEMH and SEND.
