WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY
Learners enrolling on a course will need to provide the appropriate evidence from the list below. Please ensure you bring all the required forms of evidence with you on the day.

• Photo Driving licence
• Identity Card or other form of National ID
• Proof of Qualifications
• National Insurance number
• Payment card/details
• Confirmation of Loan application/approval
• Employer purchase order
• Visa documentation
• Refugee/asylum documentation
• Residency and Income evidence

Enrolment times vary depending on your course and how busy the college is. During our busiest periods, particularly following GCSE Results Day, you may experience longer waiting times. Our teams will work to enrol you as quickly as possible.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a parent, guardian or supporter if needed. Please be aware that enrolment areas can become very busy, particularly during peak periods, so we ask that only those who need to accompany you attend where possible. Additional family members can wait in our café areas.
Please note that learners attending assessments, including ESOL assessments, cannot bring children or family members into the assessment rooms.
