What this course covers

Entry Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and employed in a suitable role within a school or college. You’ll need GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 or above (or equivalent), a Level 3 STLS qualification (or equivalent), and relevant experience working in education.

Progression Opportunities

This qualification can support progression into higher education or more senior roles within the education sector. Possible career paths include Higher Level Teaching Assistant, team leader, mentor, or roles with management and supervision responsibilities.

Delivery And Assessment
