Course overview

You’ll explore key trends in the digital industry, including the rapid growth of cloud computing and the increasing need for cyber security expertise. BMet partners with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide access to additional learning resources, digital badges, lab environments, and job boards. You’ll also be prepared to take the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam.

What this course covers

In Year 1 (HND Level 5), you’ll study modules including Professional Practice in the Digital Economy, Innovation & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Programming, Big Data & Visualisation, Networking in the Cloud, Security, and Networking.

These modules are designed to build your technical expertise and prepare you for real-world challenges in the digital sector.

Entry Requirements

32 UCAS Tariff points, including at least one A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification (preferably in a digital or IT-related subject), and four GCSEs at grade C/4 or above. Mature applicants are welcome and assessed individually. All applicants must attend an interview with course tutors.

Delivery And Assessment
