Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). You will also need a commitment to independent study and meeting deadlines.
Assessment is through coursework and exams, including essays, presentations, reports, and a portfolio of evidence. High levels of attendance and punctuality are expected to prepare you for professional environments.
Progress to university degrees in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Social Policy, or Education. This diploma provides a strong foundation for careers in social care and related professions.
