Course overview
You’ll explore key construction management functions through research, independent study, practical tasks, and workplace scenarios. The course includes eight mandatory units and is delivered one day per week. You’ll benefit from dedicated facilities, strong industry links, and exceptional academic and pastoral support.
Course details
32 UCAS Tariff points. This can include Level 3 qualifications in Construction, Access to HE Diplomas, or relevant work experience (typically 5+ years). You’ll also need 4 GCSEs at Grade 9–5 including English, Maths, and Science. All applicants must attend an interview.
Assessment includes written exams, coursework, class tests, and presentations. Coursework involves independent study and practical tasks. Delivered every Friday from 08:30 to 16:00 over two academic years.
Progress to university or continue your professional development. Career pathways include roles such as Assistant Site Supervisor or Assistant Project Manager.
