Bricklaying Diploma Level 2

Bricklayers are essential to the construction of buildings—from homes and schools to bridges and commercial spaces. This hands-on course will teach you how to read construction drawings, build solid walls and piers, and understand the vital health and safety aspects of the job.

You’ll train in a practical environment, supported by expert tutors. The course includes theory assignments, practical tasks and two online exams. You’ll develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that employers in the construction industry are looking for.

What this course covers

Entry Requirements

You must have successfully completed the Level 1 Diploma in Bricklaying. You’ll also need GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification.

Progression Opportunities

After completing the Level 2 Diploma, you can progress to the next level of study or seek employment in the construction industry.

Delivery And Assessment

Assessment includes coursework, practical training tasks, multiple-choice tests and an external online exam. You’ll receive regular feedback to help you improve and succeed.
