Course overview

Learn through interactive workshops, seminars, and practical activities. You’ll develop coaching skills, explore the diversity of roles in community sport, and gain insight into healthy lifestyle promotion. The course is recognised by CIMSPA and supported by dedicated sports facilities.

Entry Requirements

32 UCAS Tariff points (e.g. 1 A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification in sport or PE). Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above. Mature applicants are welcome and assessed individually.

Progression Opportunities

Progress to the HND in Sport or Sport & Exercise Science, university degrees, or careers in PE teaching, coaching, sports nutrition, and professional development linked to industry bodies.

Delivery And Assessment

Assessment includes coursework, group discussions, and presentations. You’ll be supported academically and pastorally throughout your studies.
