Business A Level

Whether you’re aiming to work in a large organisation or start your own business, A Level Business gives you a solid understanding of how businesses operate in today’s economy. It’s ideal for students who want to explore enterprise, management and finance in a modern context.

You’ll investigate how organisations deliver goods and services, and explore key areas such as financial management, marketing, personnel and production. A strong focus on enterprise and innovation runs throughout the course.

* Courses are free for 16-18s. Students aged 19 or over could be charged fees and is subject to a fee assessment. Learners on benefits in the majority of cases courses are also free. Fee assessments are completed at enrolment.

Course Length: 35 Weeks

You’ll need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including grade 4 in Maths and grade 5 in English Language.

This is a two-year course assessed entirely by written exams at the end of the second year.

A Level Business supports progression to university degrees in business management, finance, accounting, marketing, logistics and more. It also complements subjects like Law and Economics.
