Practical Horticulture

Ideal if you enjoy learning by doing and want to develop practical gardening and horticulture skills. These courses are suitable if you’re new to horticulture or returning to learning, with practical and portfolio-based assessment.

Our Level 1 and Level 2 Practical Horticulture courses focus on developing real-world gardening skills through hands-on learning.

Technical Horticulture

Ideal if you want to combine practical learning with classroom study and develop a broader understanding of horticulture. These courses include written assessments and can help prepare you for further study or employment in the horticulture industry.

Our Level 2 Technical Certificate combines theory, practical work and industry-supported experience to prepare you for progression into the horticulture sector.
