You’ll study a wide range of legal topics including criminal law, tort, contract law, and business law. What this course covers

Year 1: Criminal Law 1 & 2, English Legal System, Resolving Disputes, Tort 1 & 2. Year 2: Business Law, Contract Law 1 & 2, Environmental Law, Reflective Practitioner 1 & 2.

Entry Requirements

UCAS Tariff: 48 points (post-2017) or 160 points (pre-2017). Typical qualifications include 2 A Levels at grade C, BTEC Extended Diploma (PPP), or Access to HE (P45). You’ll also need at least 1 GCSE at grade C/4 or above in English. Level 2 equivalents are accepted.

Progression Opportunities

Graduates are guaranteed progression to the second year of the LLB (Hons) Law degree at Birmingham City University. Alternatively, you can enter employment in the legal sector, particularly in paralegal roles.
