Course overview
You’ll learn through case studies, reports, role plays, presentations and practical projects. Based at our Sutton Coldfield campus, you’ll study in our dedicated aviation classroom, which includes a mock passenger aircraft interior. You’ll also visit UK airports to deepen your understanding of the industry.

Entry Requirements
You’ll need four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths. A positive reference showing good attendance and punctuality is also required.
Progression Opportunities
After completing the first year (equivalent to 1.5 A-levels), you can progress to the second year to complete the full Extended Diploma (equivalent to 3 A-levels). This qualification provides enough UCAS points to apply for university-level study.
Delivery And Assessment
You’ll be assessed through a mix of exams, practical projects, presentations, role play, reports and assignments. Group and individual tasks will help you build key employment skills.
