Applied Law with Criminology and Applied Psychology Level 3
Course overview
You’ll explore why people commit crimes, how society responds to criminal behaviour, and what happens during investigations and trials. You’ll also study the UK legal system and develop the ability to “think like a lawyer.” Psychology units will introduce you to the study of the mind and behaviour, helping you understand what drives human actions.
Course details
You’ll need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English at grade 5 or higher.
The course is assessed through a combination of coursework and exams. It carries UCAS points and is recognised by universities for entry into a wide range of degree programmes.
You can progress to university courses such as LLB Law, BA Criminology, Legal Studies, or Psychology degrees. It also supports careers in law, policing, forensic psychology, and social justice.
