If you need to report an absence, please do so via ProPortal using the link below:

This will ensure that your tutor is informed of your absence. Please remember to report your absence each day until you return to college.

For parents and carers of students under 18:

If you need to report an absence on your child’s behalf, please call 0121 445 4545 and select Option 6.

When calling, you will need to provide:

• Your child’s student number (found on their student ID card)
• The reason for their absence
