FEE PAYMENT

SIMPLE WAYS TO PAY AND WHAT TO BRING

The course fee listed in the brochure is the amount payable at enrolment. On some courses, there may be additional costs for materials or examination fees. you will be advised of these at enrolment.

You can pay your fees by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (cheques payable to Birmingham Metropolitan College). If your employer is paying, you must bring a valid purchase order at enrolment.

⚠️ Important: All fees must be paid (or evidence of funding/sponsorship provided) at enrolment. Without this, we cannot complete your enrolment.

INSTALMENT PLANS

If your course is longer than 12 weeks, you may pay by instalments. All instalments are via Direct Debit (a mandate and agreement must be signed).

Two-Part Plan (12–18 weeks)

WHAT TO BRING TO ENROLMENT

  • Proof of qualifications
  • Benefit/household income documents (if applying for financial support)
  • Payment/bank details (if paying or setting up instalments)
  • National Insurance number (if over 19)
  • Purchase order (if employer is paying fees)
  • Visa or immigration documents (if applicable)

If you have not lived in the UK for the last three years, you must also bring documents confirming your funding eligibility.
