Whether you’re looking to start an exciting new career, get a promotion at work or even start your own business, we offer a wide range of part-time courses that can help you discover a new you.  Come along to our January enrolment, see below for dates and times.

Enrolling Now!

You don’t need to know what course you want do to – you can come and see us at any point during open enrolment and we will be happy to offer advice and guidance.

To support keeping everyone safe, we are operating a booking system for appointments during our open enrolment dates, please call 0121 446 4545 select option 1, to book an appointment.

We would respectfully ask that before attending your appointment you take a Lateral Flow Test and do not attend if you have been asked to self-isolate or are displaying Covid symptoms.  

Alternatively you can enrol on line at any time and one of our team will be in contact with you to discuss your next steps to becoming a BMet student and achieving your career goals.

View Part-Time Courses

Our part-time students have access to our excellent facilities including well equipped learning resource centres and state-of-the-art studios and workshops. What’s more, you’ll have access to our supportive and knowledgeable staff and a range of support that’ll help you back into education.

You may be required to complete an initial assessment as part of the enrolment process.

We need to see identification evidence at enrolment acceptable evidence is shown below:

  • Passport
  • Photo Driving Licence
  • Identity Card or other form of National Identification
  • National Insurance Card
  • Bank/Debit/Credit Card
  • Passport

  • Birth Certificate (this has to be an original certificate)
  • Marriage Certificate (this has to be an original certificate)

What you must bring to enrolment:

Please note where course fees are required, these must be paid or evidence provided of loan application/or approval at enrolment.

  • Proof of qualifications
  • Benefit/household income documents if you are applying for financial support – Click here to view a step by step guide to Bursary Support.
  • Payment/bank details if you will be making a payment or paying by instalments
  • Confirmation of your loan application and/or approval if you are funding your fees through and Advanced Learner Loan or Higher Education Loan
  • National Insurance number if you are over 19
  • Purchase order confirmation if your employer is paying fees
  • If you are an asylum seeker, refugee or have a study Visa or any other Visa type covering your time in the UK, please bring this documentation with you.

Financial Support

If you earn between £18,138 and £30,000 per annum, you may also be eligible for funding*. Ask for further details. You will need to provide proof of your household income. Eligibility for financial support is dependent upon your individual circumstances, your individual or household income and the course you are enrolled onto.

We also offer two and five part instalment payments for part time courses and for courses at Level 3 or above, applicants aged 19 or older on the first day of the course may be able to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
