Principles of Customer Service Certificate Level 2

This course is designed for those who are currently working or would like to work within the health and social care sector in a wide range of job roles. It will provide you with the knowledge to answer a series of questions leading to a Level 2 Accredited Qualification.

There are seven mandatory units to complete:
1. Principles of customer service and delivery
2. Understand Customers
3. Understand employer organisations
4. Understand how to communicate with customers
5. Understand how to develop customer relationships
6. Understand how to resolve problems and deliver customer service to challenging customers
7. Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. This course is funded and available for learners age 19 and above who have lived in the UK for 3 years+
