There are no formal entry requirements, but a willingness to participate in college life is essential. Places will be allocated following a successful interview and assessment day.

Throughout the year you will be assessed by completing practical activities and building a folder of work, there are no formal written exams.

Depending on ability, you can progress from Entry 1 through to Entry 3. Following Entry 3 you may be able to progress to a Level 1 programme.

• personal presentation and appearance,
• creative studies,
• managing money,
• travel,
• using local services,
• leisure activities and keeping healthy and safe. 

The key elements of English, maths and ICT will also be delivered.
