This course is designed for those who are currently working or would like to work within the health and social care sector in a wide range of job roles. It will provide you with the knowledge to answer a series of questions leading to a Level 2 Accredited Qualification.

There are 4 mandatory units to complete:

1 Preparing to deliver customer service in health and social care settings

2 Teamwork in health and social care settings

3 Effective communication for health and social care

4 Understand the specific needs of customers accessing health and social care services.

Course Length: 16 Weeks

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. This course is funded and available for learners age 19 and above who have lived in the UK for 3 years+

All resources will be made available to you via an online e-learning platform or paper based format with support from your allocated Assessor.

Once you have successfully completed this course you could continue to study other NCFE courses or secure employment in the health and social care sector.
